Position Overview
The Manager – Fulfilment Operations Management will lead Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s digital fulfilment operations, driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability across fulfilment centres in the UAE. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, optimising KPIs, and building innovative fulfilment capabilities to support the company’s fast-growing eCommerce and retail logistics network.

Core Duties
Monitor and enhance fulfilment customer experience metrics, including on-time handover to last mile, customer delay complaints percentage, and picking quality.
Track and optimise cost metrics such as fulfilment cost per order and operational efficiency metrics like pick rate across all allocated stores.
Support fulfilment operations through data-driven analysis, planning, and continuous on-ground audits, working closely with fulfilment owners.
Develop operational compliance guidelines and ensure adoption of standardised processes and product capabilities.
Review manpower allocation to align with projected volumes and maintain optimal operating costs.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational KPIs and align strategies with stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits of processes and databases to detect gaps and risks, recommending corrective measures.
Contribute to updating and enforcing fulfilment operations policies and procedures in line with corporate standards.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
6+ years’ experience in eCommerce grocery operations management, product design, and implementation.
Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and value chain from business and technical perspectives.
Proven product management, business strategy planning, and analytical skills.
