Position Overview
Senior Architect job in Dubai with Azizi Developments, focused on high-profile cultural and landmark real estate projects. This role is based in Dubai and plays a critical part in delivering complex architectural designs for premium developments while supporting Azizi’s expanding Design 360 Studio operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver assigned architectural design packages accurately and within agreed timelines
* Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and supervision teams
* Ensure compliance with internal Design 360 quality control standards and authority regulations
* Review and resolve complex design issues in line with regulatory and project requirements
* Support and guide junior architects through design development and documentation processes
* Participate in meetings with external consultants, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
* Contribute to signature architectural details for landmark cultural and mixed-use developments
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
* Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
* Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino for complex architectural modeling and coordination
* Proven experience in designing opera houses, theatres, or symphonic halls
* Strong understanding of stage machinery, acoustics, orchestra pits, audience sightlines, and backstage circulation
* Ability to manage large-scale architectural projects while balancing design intent, functionality, and technical requirements
