* Write and curate engaging material for websites, newsletters, training platforms, and internal communications
* Edit and proofread content for factual accuracy, clarity, tone, structure, and consistency
* Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical details
* Convert operational knowledge into practical instructional resources
* Design e-learning modules, training manuals, presentations, job aids, and supporting materials
* Apply ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles during course development
* Organize digital content so learners can locate and understand essential information quickly
* Use visual design tools to create clear layouts, graphics, mockups, and style guides
* Manage learning content through relevant Learning Management Systems
* Review learner and stakeholder feedback to improve content effectiveness
* Maintain current versions of materials and retire inaccurate or outdated information
Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate combines strong writing ability with an understanding of how adults learn. A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or a related discipline is desirable. Practical experience with an LMS, classroom training, digital content production, or visual design will support success in this multidisciplinary position.
Technical curiosity is equally important. Familiarity with front-end technologies, programming languages, machine learning concepts, and large language model fundamentals will help the specialist communicate complex subjects with greater precision.
