Role Context
The Academic Program Lead is responsible for maintaining academic excellence by overseeing curriculum delivery, assessments, and faculty performance. The role supports student success through effective instructional leadership, continuous quality improvement, and strong coordination of academic resources, teaching standards, and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead course delivery, assessments, examinations, and academic operations across assigned educational programs
* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate instructors to ensure consistent teaching quality and professional development
* Ensure curriculum alignment with learning outcomes, academic standards, and institutional quality requirements
* Review and improve teaching materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources for English, Math, or Science programs
* Coordinate academic scheduling, classroom resources, faculty assignments, and program administration
* Monitor student academic performance and implement timely intervention strategies to improve learning outcomes
* Support the effective use of Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools for modern classroom delivery
* Promote innovation in teaching practices and encourage continuous improvement across academic teams
* Maintain academic compliance and support reporting requirements related to assessments and program performance
* Collaborate with management and faculty teams to strengthen instructional effectiveness and learner engagement
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant discipline with specialization in English, Math, or Science
* Master’s Degree preferred for academic leadership roles
* Minimum 7 years of teaching experience, preferably within vocational education, training institutes, or structured learning environments
* Strong experience in instructional leadership, faculty supervision, and academic coordination
* Excellent understanding of curriculum planning, assessments, and learning outcome management
* Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital classroom tools
* Strong communication, mentoring, and people management skills
* Native or near-native English proficiency required
