Role Context
The Accreditation and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading institutional accreditation strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a strong quality culture across academic and operational functions. The role supports sustainable academic excellence by managing accreditation processes, audit readiness, documentation quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage CAA and MoE institutional licensure, program accreditation, and international accreditation frameworks where applicable
* Ensure ongoing compliance with CAA standards, MoE regulations, QFEmirates requirements, and international quality assurance standards
* Oversee preparation, validation, and submission of self-study reports, accreditation evidence, and institutional compliance documentation
* Plan, coordinate, and facilitate external audits, accreditation reviews, site visits, and post-review action plans
* Act as the main institutional focal point for CAA, MoE, international accrediting bodies, and internal academic stakeholders
* Lead and manage accreditation specialists and verification teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of evidence reviews
* Monitor accreditation risks, compliance gaps, and institutional readiness while driving timely corrective actions
* Strengthen continuous quality improvement practices across academic and operational departments
* Support expert oversight of technical training content to ensure alignment with vocational and industry standards
* Foster a culture of professional development, instructional excellence, and institutional accountability
* Coordinate with academic leaders and operational teams to maintain strong compliance performance and audit readiness
* Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for senior management and institutional leadership
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Quality Assurance, or related discipline
* Master’s Degree preferred for academic leadership and compliance management roles
* Minimum 7 years of experience in higher education accreditation, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
* Strong exposure to international accreditation standards and institutional licensure requirements
* Excellent knowledge of CAA licensure standards, MoE policies, audit methodologies, and QFEmirates frameworks
* Proven leadership experience managing accreditation teams, compliance documentation, and multi-stakeholder coordination
* Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation review capabilities
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills across academic and regulatory environments
* Strong commitment to continuous improvement and educational quality excellence
