Role Context
The Accreditation and Quality Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining institutional compliance by ensuring academic and operational units meet required accreditation standards and quality benchmarks. The position supports institutional licensure, program accreditation, and audit readiness through structured verification, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct systematic verification and validation of accreditation evidence, self-study reports, and compliance documentation against CAA, MoE, and international quality standards
* Support preparation, review, and organization of institutional licensure and program accreditation submissions
* Participate in external audits, accreditation reviews, site visits, and follow-up action planning to ensure successful compliance outcomes
* Act as a verifier during internal quality reviews to ensure evidence accuracy, consistency, and traceability
* Monitor accreditation readiness by identifying compliance gaps, operational risks, and required improvement actions
* Coordinate with accreditation specialists, academic departments, and quality assurance units for timely submission of required documentation
* Maintain organized records and reporting systems for accreditation files, institutional reviews, and compliance documentation
* Support delivery of workshops, training sessions, and guidance related to accreditation standards and compliance requirements
* Assist in strengthening institutional quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure alignment between academic operations and external regulatory requirements for sustainable accreditation success
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Quality Assurance, or related discipline
* 6 to 9 years of experience in higher education accreditation, quality assurance, compliance, or academic auditing
* Strong working knowledge of CAA licensure and accreditation standards, MoE regulations, and international quality assurance frameworks
* Experience in documentation review, audit preparation, and accreditation evidence validation
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex compliance documentation accurately
* Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or compliance guidance is preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent coordination abilities across academic and operational teams
