Position Overview
Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding UAE National Admissions Executive to join Muna British Academy on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi in August 2026. The successful candidate will manage the admissions journey from initial enquiry through assessment, enrolment and registration.
The role requires strong customer-service, data-management and communication skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an upcoming UAE National Recruitment Event at the Muna British Academy campus.

Muna British Academy is a British Curriculum school located in the Saadiyat Lagoons community of Abu Dhabi. The school has maintained an Outstanding ADEK rating since 2015 and moved to a new purpose-built campus in August 2025.
The academy currently welcomes pupils from FS1 to Year 8 and plans to expand its secondary provision through Year 13. The Admissions Executive will support this growth by maintaining an efficient enrolment process and delivering a professional experience to prospective and existing families.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the admissions process from initial enquiry to registration.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents.
Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries.
Meet prospective families and explain the school’s admissions procedures.
Provide accurate information about the curriculum and fee structure.
Explain relevant ADEK regulations and documentation requirements.
Ensure application and registration documents are completed correctly.
Arrange student assessments with the academic team when required.
Help maintain an efficient and family-focused admissions experience.
Manage prospective-family leads and qualify enrolment enquiries.
Conduct high-quality school tours for parents and visitors.
Represent the school professionally as part of the Front of House team.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications and registrations.
Track applications in progress, offers and confirmed enrolments.
Ensure current admissions figures are available for daily reporting.
Manage and regularly update the school waiting list.
Communicate waiting-list developments clearly to parents.
Fill available places promptly when enrolled students withdraw.
Create and maintain admissions files for new and existing students.
Remain informed about current ADEK admissions and registration requirements.
Ensure enrolment and registration processes remain compliant with regulations.
Maintain welcoming, organised and uncluttered parent-facing areas.
Attend Executive Leadership Team meetings when requested.
Provide school leaders with relevant admissions updates.
Maintain awareness of local enrolment trends and competitor schools.
Work with the Parent Relations Executive on enrolment and retention strategies.
Coordinate the re-enrolment process for existing students.
Prepare regular re-enrolment analysis for the Principal and Head of Enrolments.
Produce weekly and monthly enrolment reports and projections when required.
Attend networking activities to promote the school.
Organise and participate in school enrolment events.
Develop relationships with feeder nurseries and schools.
Represent Aldar Education’s values and standards to prospective families.
Complete other reasonable duties assigned by reporting managers.
Ideal Profile
UAE National with a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum two years of experience in a customer-focused role within the region.
Previous experience managing data and maintaining accurate records.
Experience within a school or wider education environment is preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
Arabic-language fluency is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with multicultural families.
Excellent office-management and organisational abilities.
Ability to understand and follow ADEK admissions requirements.
Professional and welcoming approach to customer service.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to obtain satisfactory references and police clearance.
Available to commence employment in August 2026.
