Role Context
The Arabic B Teacher - Language Education will
help non-native Arabic learners develop practical language proficiency, confidence and cultural understanding through structured and inspiring lessons. The role supports student achievement by combining curriculum knowledge, differentiated teaching, educational technology and strong communication with families and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Arabic B lessons for primary and secondary students.
* Teach listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through age-appropriate learning activities.
* Apply accurate and current knowledge of Arabic language and literature.
* Design creative lessons that motivate students and encourage active participation.
* Adapt teaching methods for students with different language levels, abilities and learning styles.
* Prepare classroom materials, digital resources, assessments and independent learning tasks.
* Establish clear learning objectives and communicate expected outcomes to students.
* Monitor student progress through classwork, homework, projects and formal assessments.
* Provide timely feedback and targeted support to strengthen language development.
* Maintain accurate records of planning, attendance, assessment results and academic progress.
* Use assessment findings to adjust lesson content and address individual learning gaps.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports confidence and participation.
* Apply effective classroom management strategies and maintain high standards of student behaviour.
* Integrate information technology, audiovisual resources and digital learning platforms into instruction.
* Encourage appreciation of Arabic language, culture and communication.
* Build constructive relationships with students and provide appropriate academic guidance.

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Arabic Language and Literature, Bachelor of Education or an equivalent qualification.

* Excellent written and spoken English skills equivalent to IELTS 6 or above.
