Ideal Profile
* B.Ed, subject-related degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Proven qualified experience teaching Construction BTEC using the UK national curriculum, GCSE, and A-Level pathways.
* Strong construction subject knowledge with the ability to deliver vocational and academic learning effectively.
* Creative and enthusiastic teaching approach inside and outside the classroom.
* Ability to share outstanding practice and contribute to collaborative teaching improvement.
* Interest in career growth, leadership development, sustainability, and future-focused education.
* Excellent IT skills with confidence using digital tools to support teaching and learning.
