* Work closely with senior leaders, teachers, specialists, and support staff to strengthen inclusive classroom practice.
* Use student data, assessment evidence, and intervention tracking to monitor progress and improve outcomes for diverse learners.
* Promote personalised learning approaches supported by innovation, technology, research-informed practice, and student-centered planning.
* Champion student wellbeing, belonging, equity, and access across all phases of the school.
* Strengthen partnerships with parents through clear communication, guidance, and collaborative planning.
