* Track student progress through rehearsals, performances, written reflections, practical assessments, and creative portfolios.

Ideal Profile

* Recognised teaching qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Drama, Performing Arts, theatre studies, or a related creative subject in a school environment.
* Strong knowledge of performance techniques, theatre history, script interpretation, improvisation, stagecraft, and production work.
* Ability to lead student productions and manage rehearsals, performances, and creative projects with confidence.
