Job Overview
As Head of Inclusion, you will lead the design, delivery, and monitoring of comprehensive inclusion strategies across the school. Key Responsibilities

* Guide the identification and support planning for Students of Determination (SOD), English Language Learners (ELL), and Gifted & Talented (GT) students
* Serve as the key liaison with in-school service providers and therapists, ensuring appropriate scheduling, service agreements, and communication with parents
* Advise school leadership on budget proposals, inclusion resource planning, and staffing requirements
* Oversee the provision of assessment accommodations for all internal and external exams in line with IBDP, NEASC, and other governing bodies
* Develop school-wide inclusion policies, professional development strategies, and contribute to the achievement of strategic development goals
* Ensure LSAs are appropriately trained, deployed, and monitored, and assist in their performance evaluation
* Contribute to school marketing and admissions by reviewing applications of students with support needs and providing expert recommendations
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Inclusive Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related field (mandatory)
* Master’s degree or postgraduate advanced qualification in Special Education or Inclusion (preferred)
Experience:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a school setting
* Demonstrated success leading inclusive practices and managing multidisciplinary teams
* Experience working with UAE regulatory frameworks (e.g., KHDA) is highly desirable
* International or multicultural school experience is an advantage
Skills:
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Deep understanding of inclusive education research and special educational needs frameworks
