Leams Education is hiring a Head of Science (Non-Arab) for a leading CBSE curriculum school in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for experienced science educators with proven expertise in curriculum development, team management, and academic planning within the UAE education sector.
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Science Department with a strategic focus on academic excellence and CBSE compliance
* Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum aligned with UAE education regulations and CBSE standards
* Supervise and support science teachers to enhance instructional delivery and student outcomes
* Organize professional development activities and performance reviews within the department
* Monitor lesson planning, assessments, and resource allocation to ensure quality teaching practices
* Coordinate with school leadership for KHDA inspections and institutional improvements
* Stay informed about curriculum trends and implement best practices in science education
* Promote collaboration and innovation across all science subjects
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related subject
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the UAE
