Role Context
The IB Teacher plays a central role in delivering the IB curriculum across PYP, MYP, DP, or CP programmes, helping students develop knowledge, skills, and global perspectives. This role contributes to academic success by encouraging inquiry, reflection, and independent learning aligned with IB philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB curriculum frameworks
* Foster inquiry-based and student-centred learning approaches

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
* Recognised teaching qualification such as BEd or equivalent
* Experience teaching within IB programmes is preferred
* Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning methodologies
* Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse school environment
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Commitment to student development and continuous improvement
