* Support children with additional learning needs through targeted strategies, interventions, and progress monitoring.
* Build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, curriculum support staff, and the wider school community.
* Observe and assess student development in line with school assessment procedures and Target Tracker requirements.
* Use assessment data to guide planning, intervention, classroom adjustments, and individual support approaches.
* Liaise with specialists such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists when required.
* Communicate student progress and wellbeing clearly with parents and carers during meetings and school updates.
* Follow the school behaviour policy while promoting confidence, self-control, independence, and positive learning habits.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, participation, inclusion, and achievement across all learning settings.
* Contribute to the effective use of resources, improved teaching quality, and stronger learning outcomes for all students.
* Carry out duties as directed and support the wider life, values, and ethos of the school.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related subject.
* PGCE or another recognised teaching qualification.
* Teaching experience in a British curriculum or international primary school environment is preferred.
* Strong understanding of inclusive education, differentiated instruction, additional learning needs, and student support planning.
* Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, support staff, and external professionals.
