The Music Teacher is responsible for building students’ musical knowledge, practical performance skills, and creative confidence through structured classroom learning and school activities. This role contributes to both academic development and extracurricular enrichment by supporting music lessons, student performances, and a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging music lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum expectations and school academic standards.
Teach music theory, vocal training, rhythm, instrumental skills, and performance techniques across assigned grade levels.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, and assessments that support student learning.
Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
Assess student progress regularly and provide clear feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
Organize school concerts, music events, performances, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
Support students in developing confidence, teamwork, and artistic expression through music education.
Maintain music resources, instruments, and teaching materials in good working condition.
Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with teachers and coordinators to strengthen the performing arts culture across the school.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music is required.
Minimum one year of teaching experience in the UAE is required.
Strong classroom management skills are essential.
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
Previous experience in CBSE schools is highly preferred.
Candidates must be physically present in the UAE for interview and joining.
