Position Overview
Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding UAE National Parent Relations Executive to join Rabdan Charter School in Abu Dhabi for the 2026/27 academic year. The role will manage communications with prospective and existing families while supporting admissions, enrolment, parent engagement and student-retention initiatives.
The successful candidate will serve as a key contact for parents, coordinate school tours and events, manage feedback and complaints, and develop effective communication channels. Strong customer-service, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for building positive relationships across the school community.

The Parent Relations Executive will support the entire family journey, from initial enquiries and school tours to enrolment, induction, ongoing engagement and re-enrolment. The role will also help resolve parent concerns and ensure school communications remain clear, timely and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome prospective parents and respond professionally to initial enquiries.
Provide families with accurate information about the school and admissions process.
Conduct informative school tours for prospective students and their families.
Support the Admissions team with enquiries, applications and enrolments.
Prepare and distribute welcome-information packs to newly enrolled families.
Coordinate induction and transition programmes with the Senior Leadership Team.
Host induction days, transition events and other activities for new families.
Assist with external marketing initiatives promoting the school.
Manage school social media channels and publish appropriate updates.
Maintain regular and open communication with existing parents.
Distribute leadership, teacher and school notifications through approved channels.
Prepare and coordinate newsletters covering school news and activities.
Serve as the initial contact for parent questions, concerns and feedback.
Liaise with teachers and school departments to resolve parent enquiries.
Maintain accurate records of parent queries, feedback and resolutions.
Prepare weekly parent-feedback reports for the School Principal.
Follow established escalation processes and complaints procedures.
Organise parent and community events, activities and celebrations.
Work closely with the Parent Council, Parent Ambassadors and other family groups.
Promote initiatives that encourage parents to participate in school life.
Manage and continually improve the school’s family-communication channels.
Ensure parents receive timely information about academic and community activities.
Conduct surveys to assess new parents’ experience of the enrolment process.
Gather feedback on matters affecting family satisfaction and engagement.
Coordinate communications supporting the student re-enrolment process.
Develop parent-engagement activities that strengthen student retention.
Collaborate with the headquarters Marketing team on enquiry-generating campaigns.
Maintain professional, culturally sensitive communication with all stakeholders.
Support the school’s values, customer-service standards and community objectives.
Ideal Profile
UAE National with a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within the region.
Previous customer-service experience is required.
Experience within a school or wider education environment is preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
Arabic-language fluency is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working in a multicultural environment.
Excellent office-management, administrative and organisational abilities.
Competence using computers, office applications and digital communication channels.
Professional and solutions-focused approach to parent enquiries and complaints.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Genuine understanding and appreciation of the culture and values of the UAE.
