* Ensure curriculum continuity, coverage, and progression for students across different ability levels.
* Provide suitable classroom support for SEN-POD, gifted and talented, and EAL students.
* Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour, learning quality, and student engagement.
* Evaluate learning outcomes and adapt teaching strategies to improve progress and close gaps.
* Support IGCSE and IB Diploma booster, revision, and after-school academic sessions.
* Contribute to enrichment activities, the CAS programme, and wider science-related learning opportunities.
* Use laboratory resources, classroom space, and learning materials to create a stimulating science environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders, students, and parents to support student success.
