Key Responsibilities

* Conduct learning walks, data reviews, and quality assurance activities
* Support teachers with differentiation strategies and inclusive classroom practices
* Lead and develop Inclusion Teachers and Learning Support Assistants
* Track student progress and evaluate effectiveness of interventions
* Collaborate with parents, staff, and external specialists for coordinated support
* Support admissions, transitions, and access arrangements for students

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
* Postgraduate qualification in SEN or Inclusion
* Experience working as SENCO or Inclusion Lead in a primary school
* Strong understanding of UAE inclusion frameworks and KHDA requirements
* Proven experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
* Strong organisational and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
