Key Responsibilities
* Operate the school bus safely and responsibly while following UAE traffic laws, road safety rules, and school transportation procedures.
* Transport students to and from school according to approved routes, assigned pickup points, drop-off locations, and daily schedules.
* Ensure students remain safe during transit, including correct use of seat belts and other required safety measures.
* Maintain a calm, orderly, and respectful environment inside the bus throughout each journey.
* Follow designated bus routes and report any delays, diversions, road issues, or route changes to the transportation coordinator.
* Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to check the bus condition, safety equipment, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
* Report mechanical faults, maintenance concerns, safety risks, or vehicle damage promptly to the transportation coordinator.
* Enforce bus rules and guide students on safe behavior during boarding, travel, and drop-off.
* Report student behavior issues, incidents, or welfare concerns to school authorities through the correct process.
* Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and transportation team members.
* Respond appropriately to emergencies, including evacuation situations, minor incidents, or first aid support where required.
* Attend training sessions related to school transport safety, emergency procedures, student handling, and bus operation standards.
* Maintain accurate daily records of routes, mileage, trip timings, incidents, and transportation-related observations.
* Complete and submit required reports to the transportation coordinator on time.
