The Talent Executive - Recruitment role supports Aldar Education’s headquarters recruitment function as the group continues to expand its owned and managed schools across the UAE. The position is responsible for managing recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers, sourcing suitable applicants, coordinating selection processes, and maintaining accurate hiring records.

This role has a direct impact on school operations by helping attract qualified educators and professional staff who can support high-quality education delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to talent pipelines, employer branding, recruitment reporting, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment processes to help meet hiring goals across schools, departments, and support functions.
* Use the company’s Applicant Tracking System, including Oracle, to track applicants and recruitment activity.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and selection priorities.
* Define candidate selection criteria in collaboration with managers and relevant stakeholders.
* Source applicants through LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and sourcing partners.
* Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment and sourcing agencies.
* Prepare job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each role’s requirements.
* Review CVs, portfolios, references, employment applications, and background check information.
* Shortlist suitable candidates and support screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
* Organise interview and selection procedures while keeping candidates and stakeholders updated.
* Support recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to build strong candidate pipelines.
* Act as a brand ambassador at career fairs, campus events, and professional recruitment activities.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with past, current, and potential candidates.
* Manage candidate pools to keep qualified talent engaged for current and future opportunities.
* Administer hiring paperwork and support onboarding-related recruitment documentation.
* Maintain records of interview notes, recruitment materials, and selection paperwork.
* Create reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share updates with relevant stakeholders.
* Recommend practical improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and candidate engagement.
* Support additional talent acquisition duties as required by the business.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
* Recruitment experience within the education sector is preferred.
* Good working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
* Familiarity with social media sourcing, CV databases, professional networks, and online recruitment tools.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Oracle.
* Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
* Strong understanding of interview techniques, candidate evaluation methods, and selection processes.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation, and follow-up skills.
