* Deliver engaging and academically strong Science lessons across Secondary and A Level classes

* Encourage inquiry-based learning, experimentation, and evidence-based scientific thinking
* Monitor, assess, and report student progress with clear academic tracking and timely intervention

* Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour expectations
* Collaborate with department colleagues to improve curriculum delivery and share best teaching practices

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor of Education or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven experience teaching Secondary and A Level Science successfully
* Strong subject knowledge and understanding of advanced science curriculum requirements
* Proven track record of outstanding teaching and excellent student outcomes
* Reflective and solution-focused mindset with commitment to continuous improvement
