What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons at GCSE and/or A Level in line with the school’s curriculum standards
* Incorporate innovative and inquiry-driven teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and performance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, share best practices, and support curriculum continuity
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes integrity, empathy, and fortitude
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, ensuring teaching methods meet individual learning needs
* Engage in the school’s extracurricular programme and community-based events to enrich student experiences
* Participate in professional development programs to remain at the forefront of global educational best practices
* Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and development
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related subject with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven experience teaching Business at GCSE and/or A Level, preferably in a British curriculum school
* Strong commitment to reflective practice, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Creative, enthusiastic approach with excellent classroom management skills
* Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
* A track record of delivering exceptional learning and fostering academic excellence
