Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or another recognised teaching qualification.
* Previous primary teaching experience in a British curriculum school is preferred.
* Strong understanding of lesson planning, classroom teaching, student assessment, and differentiated learning.
* Ability to create engaging learning experiences that support academic progress and whole-child development.
* Good communication skills for working with students, parents, teachers, and school leaders.
* Professional commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusive education.
* Positive and flexible approach to teamwork, curriculum planning, and school improvement.
* Ability to support students from diverse backgrounds within an international school community.
* Passion for personalised learning, creativity, sustainability, and student success.
