Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, fostering their development and learning.
Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and diaper changes.
Plan and implement educational activities, crafts, and games to promote learning and development.
Support childrens social, emotional, and physical growth.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and behavior.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and safety procedures.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Previous experience in child care or early childhood education is a plus.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings.
Clear background check and health screening.
