Key Responsibilities
* Operate school bus safely in accordance with UAE traffic regulations and school policies
* Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off
* Monitor student safety during transit and maintain order inside the bus
* Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
* Report any mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately
* Handle emergency situations including evacuation and basic first aid response
* Maintain accurate logs of routes, mileage, and incidents
* Communicate professionally with school staff and parents regarding transport matters
Ideal Profile
* High school qualification or equivalent
* Valid UAE commercial driving license with required endorsements
* Completed school bus driver training certification
* 1-3 years of relevant driving experience including school transport
* Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
* Ability to manage student behavior calmly and professionally
