Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and emotional development within the nursery environment.
* Promote independent learning and encourage inclusion for children of all abilities.
* Adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages.
* Monitor, assess, and record children’s progress using Learning and Development Profile documentation.
* Participate in preparing developmental reports and assessments for parents and management.
* Maintain high standards of care, health, safety, and security at all times.
* Collaborate with nursery management and teaching teams to enhance curriculum delivery.
Ideal Profile
* University degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with certified vocational qualification in early childhood education.
* Alternatively, high school diploma with CACHE Level 3 qualification and minimum two years of relevant experience.
* Native-level English proficiency.
* Experience working within British curriculum or EYFS framework preferred.
* Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
