Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily school operations including facilities management, administration, and support services.
* Provide operational and financial guidance to the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and corporate management.
* Support strategic planning and contribute to the implementation of school improvement initiatives.
* Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
* Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and expenditure analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
* Supervise third-party vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with contracts and service standards.
* Ensure school facilities, buildings, and grounds are maintained to high safety and operational standards.
* Manage health, safety, and safeguarding compliance aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee maintenance schedules, security systems, waste management, transportation, catering, and energy usage.
* Promote community engagement by supporting school events, activities, and facility usage for community programs.
