The English Teacher will help students strengthen their reading,

* Use assessment evidence to identify learning gaps and provide appropriate intervention, extension, and feedback.
* Create lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, discussion, interpretation, and independent learning.
* Maintain high expectations for student achievement, participation, behaviour, and academic progress.
* Adapt teaching approaches to support learners with different abilities, backgrounds, and educational needs.
* Share exemplary teaching strategies and contribute to collaborative curriculum planning within the department.
* Build constructive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and school leaders.
* Use appropriate digital tools and educational resources to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
