Role Context
This position plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the CFO and finance leadership team. The role contributes directly to organizational efficiency by managing communications, coordinating executive priorities, and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CFO including daily coordination and follow-ups on departmental priorities
* Manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, board sessions, and key events
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, logistics, and documentation
* Prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
* Act as a communication bridge between the CFO, senior leadership, and external partners
* Track action items, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism
* Welcome visitors and manage executive-level interactions with a professional and positive approach
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
* Proven experience supporting C-suite executives within large or complex organizations
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
* Experience working with senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders
