Position Overview
Glow Beauty On Demand is seeking a Government Relations Executive in Dubai to oversee compliance processes and communications with government bodies. The role ensures smooth handling of staff licensing, visas, work permits, and regulatory approvals while maintaining strong relationships with authorities and supporting internal teams in meeting compliance requirements.

Core Duties
* Manage compliance processes with MOHRE, ICP, KHDA, and ADEK regulations, ensuring timely approvals and renewals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to maintain staff records, licenses, and qualifications in line with education sector requirements.
* Translate official policies, documents, and communications between English and Arabic.
* Act as interpreter during meetings with parents, staff, and authorities as required.
* Maintain the ADEK PASS system, ensuring accurate staff registration, approvals, and documentation.
* Monitor employee visas, work permits, and appointment letters to ensure timely renewal and compliance.
* Liaise with typists, public relations officers, and external agencies to process visas and contracts.
* Track compliance issues, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
* Spread awareness of policies and procedures across staff, parents, and students to maintain a compliance culture.
* Support audits, inspections, and official reviews by government regulators.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in public relations or compliance roles within the education sector.
* Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, ADEK, and KHDA policies and procedures.
* Proficient in Arabic and English, with translation and interpretation skills.
* Skilled in MS Office and education compliance systems.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
* High level of confidentiality, integrity, and customer service orientation.
* Valid UAE driving license preferred.
