Key Responsibilities
* Lead Early Years Foundation Stage operations, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
* Develop and implement EYFS curriculum aligned with National Curriculum for England and school vision
* Manage staff performance, development, and professional growth within the early years team
* Monitor student progress and ensure achievement of academic and developmental milestones
* Establish and implement policies to support school objectives and educational strategy
* Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and operational efficiency within EYFS
* Promote inclusive learning, student wellbeing, and pastoral care
* Contribute to whole-school leadership, planning, and improvement initiatives
* Support achievement of UAE National Agenda targets and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous school improvement
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Education with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Extensive experience in Early Years education within a British curriculum school
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and improving student outcomes
* Strong understanding of EYFS framework and early childhood development
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to lead strategic initiatives and inspire teaching teams
* Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation
