Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Foundation Stage operations, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning
* Drive student achievement, well-being, and positive behaviour across early years
* Develop and implement curriculum strategies aligned with school vision and British curriculum standards
* Oversee staff performance, training, and professional development programmes
* Promote inclusive education practices and support diverse learning needs

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with relevant leadership qualification
* Proven experience in early years leadership or Foundation Stage management
* Strong understanding of early childhood education frameworks and best practices
* Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and leading teams
