Humanities Coordinator
Leams Education is hiring a UAE-experienced Humanities Coordinator for its CBSE School in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified academic leader to shape and enhance curriculum delivery in the humanities stream within a progressive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and implementation of the humanities curriculum across relevant grade levels
* Guide subject teachers and ensure instructional alignment with CBSE standards and KHDA requirements
* Develop and review academic programs, materials, and assessment strategies
* Provide mentorship and performance evaluation support to department staff
* Coordinate with school leadership to support academic goals and school inspection readiness
* Stay updated on current educational practices, curriculum reforms, and teaching methodologies
* Promote cross-disciplinary collaboration and enrichment programs
* Prepare academic reports, presentations, and contribute to school improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Education
* Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or a related field
Experience
* Minimum 4 years of UAE-based school experience
* Prior leadership or coordinator-level experience in an academic setting preferred
Skills
* Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
* Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
* Deep knowledge of CBSE framework and KHDA inspection protocols
* Expertise in curriculum development and trend analysis
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic school environment
