The IB Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering advanced Mathematics education that builds analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and academic confidence among high school students. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive IB Mathematics lessons aligned with school curriculum standards
* Develop lesson plans and teaching strategies that promote critical thinking and inquiry-based learning
* Support students in building strong mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with diverse learning abilities
* Monitor academic progress through regular assessments, assignments, and classroom activities

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor of Education degree or an initial degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent qualification in Mathematics
* Proven experience teaching High School Mathematics, preferably within an American or IB curriculum school
* Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and student-centered teaching methods
* Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
* Ability to build strong professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
