What You’ll Do
* Design graphics for social media, websites, brochures, banners, and print collateral
* Support the content and marketing teams in developing creative concepts and campaigns
* Ensure brand consistency across all design output following established guidelines
* Edit and revise existing artwork based on team and stakeholder feedback
* Optimize visuals for various platforms and file formats
* Stay up to date with design trends and apply them thoughtfully to projects
* Maintain a structured and accessible library of design assets and templates
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Understanding of basic design principles including color, typography, and composition
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Creative portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across different media
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
