Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-quality teaching and learning practices across Key Stage 2

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Education with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent qualification

* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Passion for primary education and continuous improvement
* Ability to innovate and implement effective teaching strategies
