Role Context
This position plays a key role in shaping early learning experiences, ensuring children develop foundational skills in a safe and supportive environment. The role contributes directly to student growth, classroom quality, and overall nursery standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver structured learning activities following EYFS curriculum guidelines
* Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development through daily engagement
* Maintain a secure and inclusive classroom environment
* Track and document each child’s development using assessment tools
* Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
* Encourage participation and independent learning through guided activities
* Prepare progress reports and communicate development updates
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child welfare standards
* Work collaboratively with staff and follow management instructions
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field with certification
* Or Cache Level 3 with minimum 2 years experience in childcare or teaching
* Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
* Fluent English communication skills
* Experience working in nursery or early education settings
* Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching
* Currently in UAE or willing to relocate
