Nursery Teacher – Emirates British Nursery (Part of GMG) – Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Emirates British Nursery, part of GMG, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Teacher to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners and delivering a creative, engaging, and inclusive learning environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver educational activities that foster physical, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
* Implement the EYFS framework to support early learning and promote independence among students.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Monitor, assess, and document each child’s progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
* Ensure the care, welfare, health, and safety of all children within the nursery premises.
* Adapt lessons and activities to accommodate individual learning needs and abilities.
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development journey.
* Participate in assessments, prepare developmental reports, and contribute to curriculum planning.
* Uphold nursery policies, health and safety regulations, and safeguarding standards.
* Support management with any additional duties related to nursery operations.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a high school diploma with a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) vocational qualification in early years education.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in early childhood care or education.
* Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.
* Passionate about early years learning, with a nurturing and patient teaching approach.
* Must currently reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate.
* Familiarity with EYFS or British curriculum nurseries preferred.
