Key Responsibilities
* Perform detailed occupational therapy evaluations to identify developmental strengths and intervention areas
* Assess fine motor coordination, gross motor development, sensory regulation, attention, and cognitive performance
* Design personalized therapy plans based on each student’s educational and functional requirements
* Support Individualized Education Program development with practical therapy goals and measurable outcomes
* Deliver direct occupational therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
* Implement sensory integration activities, adaptive training, and motor skill improvement strategies
* Introduce assistive tools and supportive learning techniques that improve student independence
* Guide teachers on classroom strategies that support student participation and engagement
* Work with parents to provide practical recommendations for home and school consistency
* Coordinate with speech therapists, physiotherapists, and educational teams for complete student support
* Review progress regularly and adjust intervention plans according to student development
* Maintain professional reports, therapy records, and compliance documentation accurately
Ideal Profile
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
* Valid professional license as an Occupational Therapist
* Previous hands-on experience with children facing developmental delays or learning challenges
* Strong understanding of school-based therapeutic practice and student support systems
* Knowledge of inclusive education models and child development principles
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with families and school teams
* Professional approach to multidisciplinary collaboration and student advocacy
