The Primary Educator plays a central role in shaping student learning during the most important early and middle years of education. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary phase using strong curriculum knowledge and effective teaching strategies
* Build positive and meaningful relationships with students to support confidence, wellbeing, and academic achievement
* Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of all learners through differentiated and inclusive teaching methods
* Create engaging classroom experiences that bring creativity, curiosity, and enjoyment into daily learning
* Assess, monitor, and report student progress accurately to support continuous academic improvement
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment for all students
* Use evidence-based pedagogy and reflective practice to improve teaching outcomes
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and strengthen curriculum delivery
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, wellbeing, and development

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor of Education or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven teaching experience across the primary phase within a strong academic environment
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated learning approaches
* Excellent classroom management and lesson planning skills
* Creative and enthusiastic teaching style with strong student engagement
* Reflective and solution-focused mindset with commitment to continuous improvement
