The Primary KS2 Teacher plays a key role in supporting upper primary students during important learning stages by delivering strong academic foundations and encouraging independent thinking. * Deliver engaging and well-structured KS2 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England

* Plan differentiated learning activities to meet a wide range of academic abilities and learning styles
* Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate academic records and reporting
* Use effective teaching strategies to raise attainment and improve student outcomes
* Promote positive behaviour, student wellbeing, and strong classroom relationships
* Integrate sustainability themes and environmentally responsible learning into daily teaching where appropriate
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen curriculum delivery and school improvement initiatives
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, wellbeing, and achievement
* Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and wider community programmes
* Uphold safeguarding standards, school values, and GEMS Education policies at all times
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor of Primary Education or a relevant degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 within the National Curriculum for England
* Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities
* Passion for student development and delivering high-quality education
* Creative and enthusiastic teaching style with strong engagement skills
* Interest in leadership development, career growth, and sustainability education
* Excellent IT skills and confidence using educational technology
