Role Context
The Primary SEND Coordinator leads the development and implementation of inclusive education strategies, ensuring all students receive the support required to achieve their full potential. This role collaborates with teachers, parents, and leadership to create a supportive and high-performing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead SEND provision across the primary school in line with inclusion standards
* Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with additional needs
* Support teachers in adapting curriculum and teaching strategies

* Work closely with parents, staff, and external specialists

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or BEd with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven experience as a Primary SEND Coordinator or in a similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of inclusive education frameworks and SEND practices
* Experience in high-performing or international school environments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Reflective, solution-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
* Passion for supporting diverse learners and promoting inclusion
