Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic school improvement initiatives across the Primary phase from EYFS to Year 6.
* Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Primary School Improvement Plan.
* Monitor teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and student outcomes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Conduct quality assurance activities including learning walks, lesson observations, moderation, and data reviews.
* Lead the development of high-quality EYFS and KS1 educational practice aligned with whole-school priorities.
* Ensure smooth student transition from EYFS through KS1 and into KS2.
* Guide curriculum development to ensure strong foundations and progressive learning across subjects.
* Oversee assessment, tracking, and moderation systems to improve academic outcomes.
* Use data analysis to support interventions, accelerate progress, and close attainment gaps.
* Lead professional learning and coaching programmes for teachers and middle leaders.
* Foster a positive, inclusive school culture that supports student wellbeing and strong parental engagement.
Ideal Profile
* Proven leadership experience within a primary school leadership role.
* Strong expertise in EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum development and pedagogy.
* Experience leading whole-school or phase-wide improvement initiatives.
* Strong understanding of assessment systems, data analysis, and quality assurance processes.
* Knowledge of British Schools Overseas and KHDA inspection frameworks.
* Ability to inspire teams and build collaborative leadership capacity across the school.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
