The Primary Teacher plays a central role in shaping students’ academic foundations and personal development during their early learning years. This position supports student achievement by creating engaging lessons, maintaining an inclusive classroom culture, and encouraging curiosity and independent thinking. The teacher also contributes to the wider school community through active participation in school events, enrichment activities, and collaborative curriculum planning.

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum and school learning standards
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that supports effective learning for all students
* Assess, record, and report student progress to ensure each learner reaches their full potential
* Use differentiated teaching strategies to support varied learning styles and academic abilities
* Maintain strong subject knowledge and apply effective teaching practices within the classroom
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop units of work, share resources, and strengthen curriculum delivery
* Integrate ICT and educational technology to improve student engagement and classroom learning
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress, wellbeing, and student development

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent teaching qualification
* Alternatively, Bachelor’s Degree with a recognized teaching certification or teaching licence
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience within a relevant primary age group
* Previous experience teaching the National Curriculum for England is highly desirable
* International school teaching experience is considered an advantage
* Strong ICT knowledge and confidence using technology to enhance classroom learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues
* Reflective teaching approach with commitment to continuous professional development
* Flexible, positive, and collaborative mindset within a team-based school environment
