Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted inclusion support for students with SEND, EAL, and diverse learning needs
* Plan and deliver differentiated support sessions and in-class strategies
* Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Monitor and track student progress using data-driven approaches
* Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and ensure accessibility
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports wellbeing and independence
* Maintain accurate records of student support, progress, and interventions
* Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external support agencies
* Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Contribute to co-curricular activities and wider school initiatives
* Use technology to enhance inclusion and learning outcomes
* Uphold safeguarding policies and school standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Educational Needs, or related field
* Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
* Proven experience supporting students with additional learning needs in a secondary setting
* Strong understanding of inclusive education and personalised learning
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural school environment
