Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership for curriculum design, assessment systems, and academic standards across the school
* Ensure coherence and alignment of curriculum across Early Years, Primary, Middle, and High School
* Lead assessment frameworks, reporting systems, and benchmarking processes
* Drive improvements in student outcomes through data analysis and targeted strategies
* Deputise for the Principal or CEO and represent the school with regulatory and accreditation bodies
* Lead school development planning, self-evaluation, and academic improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with IB programme standards, KHDA regulations, and accreditation requirements
* Collaborate with senior leaders to align teaching, learning, and student development strategies
* Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate academic reporting
* Support inclusive, student-focused curriculum and assessment practices
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field with PGCE or equivalent qualification
* Master’s degree or NPQH qualification preferred
* Extensive senior leadership experience in an international school environment
* Proven experience in curriculum development, assessment systems, and academic strategy
* Strong understanding of IB programmes and KHDA inspection frameworks
* Demonstrated success in improving academic standards and student performance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* High level of data analysis and strategic planning capability
