Key Responsibilities
* Provide counselling support to students for academic, personal, and emotional development
* Deliver guidance programmes aligned with IB philosophy and student wellbeing frameworks
* Monitor student progress and identify support needs through data and observation
* Collaborate with teachers, leadership, and parents to support student outcomes
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a school counsellor
* Experience in IB curriculum schools preferred but not mandatory
* Strong understanding of student wellbeing and counselling practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
