Business Development Executive Solar Residential and Commercial and Industrial

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in solar sales closures across B2C (residential) and B2B (Commercial and Industrial - C&I) segments. This role requires a dynamic individual who can independently strategize, present, and close deals, while also leveraging in-house marketing leads and generating their own.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers interested in solar panel installations or other solar energy solutions
- Develop tailored sales strategies specific to the solar industry, highlighting key selling points and the benefits of solar energy
- Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations, including evaluating sun exposure and potential energy savings
- Create customized proposals using Sharaf DG Energy’s internal solar software (training provided) to outline cost savings and benefits for customers
- Close sales and generate revenue, including contract negotiation and addressing customer objections
- Provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction from installation to post-project operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, new solar products, and changes in government regulations to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and deal closures within the residential and/or commercial and industrial (C&I) solar segments
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in B2C and B2B sales strategies
- Ability to independently generate and follow up on leads
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions, market trends, and government policies
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
