* Provide professional communication and repair-specific updates to customers.
* Educate clients on product usability and maintenance for enhanced longevity.
* Participate in field projects and provide on-site technical support when required.

Ideal Profile
* Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Engineering.
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and networking of office automation equipment.
* Strong fault diagnosis and technical troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of printer and photocopier networking protocols.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
